Shipping Within Mexico Only

SereneLife ships exclusively within Mexico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

SereneLife offers free standard shipping on all orders within Mexico.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 6 business days after the order has been processed, depending on the shipping postal code.

Orders containing two or more items may be shipped in multiple packages.

A separate email with the corresponding tracking number will be sent for each shipment.

We typically ship orders through Estafeta, Paquete Express, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Although the initial shipping is free, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
